Working with CTE is a nightmare. From the top down is clueless of how the organization should be run. HR has been working for a few years on cleaning up a mess that causes late paychecks, and incorrect benefits. CEO only cares about the bottom line, he don't know how to appreciate good employees. He only care about getting new contracts and working employees to death with no additional compensation. It's just a matter of time before this organization crumble.
