      - Lots of work - Company vehicle - iPad and phone - Good technical database - Some experienced colleagues

      Cons

      - Lack of planning/organisation of work - Culture of always working - Limited rest days - Annual contracted hours means you only qualify for overtime at the end of year after you have 'burnt' all your hours
