The radius by which Certco fulfills is limited by their commitment to drivers. I’m not sure this is really a con, but it is a limiting factor for distribution growth, however the drivers LOVE being home with their families every night.

Wages are pretty high comparatively

Very toxic work environment. This is why it pays good.
