Pros
Pay and benefits were decent. Fully remote. My supervisor was amazing and served as a mentor. It was nice working for someone who trusted me and always stood by her advocates. Most of all I was able to gain the PBM experience I needed to step into my new Account Coordinator role for a wonderful company!
Cons
My supervisor was exceptional. However , there is things beyond her control. There is favoritism and quiet promotions. Quiet promotions meaning positions are giving to director favorites without given better candidates an opportunity. Gossip is heavy even in leadership. Different rules apply for different advocates. Very little opportunity for growth. High turnover rates. This company is growing fast and needs to implement new changes to better manage the groups.
