Won't do much of anything on a pay raise unless you have you're review coming up.

If you’re motivated and proactive, there’s definitely room to learn and advance. The culture is generally supportive, and leaders are approachable and willing to listen.

Compensation is the main downside. While the work and growth opportunities are solid, pay tends to lag behind market rates. It can be frustrating, especially as expectations and responsibilities increase over time without a corresponding adjustment in salary.
