Pros

Company moving into Technology advancement.

Cons

You will work with ALL women. Lots of clicks and demanding leadership. You are lead to feel like you mater to only be shot down to nothing by leadership. Lots of lying and backstabbing going on in this company. The HR department is very weak and HR is a direct investor. Lots of turnover. Benefits will cost you way over $1000 for your family and still have to pay a lot out of pocket. Beware of the hook and bait.

Pros

Easy job, they are patient and are always there to help doing the job. Other parts of the company definitely need help.

Cons

Protocols always changing, so don't get used to doing the same thing, be ready for change. If a manager likes where you are in the company, you have no growth to explore any other area in the company. They will make sure you don't move departments. Horrible benefits, and healthcare. Won't do much of anything on a pay raise unless you have you're review coming up.

Pros

One of the biggest strengths of this company is the leadership at the senior manager and director level. They genuinely care about employee growth and put real effort into helping you succeed. There’s a noticeable emphasis on development, mentorship, and giving people opportunities to take on more responsibility. If you’re motivated and proactive, there’s definitely room to learn and advance. The culture is generally supportive, and leaders are approachable and willing to listen.

Cons

Compensation is the main downside. While the work and growth opportunities are solid, pay tends to lag behind market rates. It can be frustrating, especially as expectations and responsibilities increase over time without a corresponding adjustment in salary.
