The work is amazing and motivating. The people are super smart and accomplished. There is an expressed desire to lean into DEI. The leadership cares about what the staff thinks.
Cons
There is a lot of burnout in the organization. There isn't a lot of transparency around decisions. Salaries need to be improved. There is a lot of bureaucracy, which leads to slow decisions.
