      Pros

      This is a good, flexible, really friendly place to work, everyone is very keen and happy to help make a difference to people's lives. It never stands still and is growing and adapting every day. Working compressed hours remotely also makes a huge difference to work/life balance.

      Cons

      Its a 40 hour week rather than the more usual 37.5 hours.

      Pros

      Great to work for an employer that has such a positive community impact and seeing the innovative developments Cera is implementing for a sector as important as Social Care. Fast-paced and interesting projects and challenges to work on, no day is the same.

      Cons

      Changing priorities and U-turning on decisions can make work frustrating day to day.
