Pros

the people i worked with were great

Cons

The company do not supply development software licences. The company did not pay company pension contributions on your full salary. The company has such a high turnover because they do not treat the engineering staff well (no training, no employment benefits etc). The company has a high staff turnover because of above.

Pros

Great to work for an employer that has such a positive community impact and seeing the innovative developments Cera is implementing for a sector as important as Social Care. Fast-paced and interesting projects and challenges to work on, no day is the same.

Cons

Changing priorities and U-turning on decisions can make work frustrating day to day.
