Very good that senior managements keep you up to date with everything that's happening. they also are very transparent about all finances and stuff that happens behind the scene. Progression is laid out and business' outlook seems solid

Since it is a start-up, there are certain thing senior managements would be less likely to give up or afford. things such as performance bonus and stock options.
