      Pros

      The area is easily accessible, and in a central business area. Salaries are good, and there is room for upward mobility within the company.

      Cons

      The business is unable gain any traction in the industry they are operating in. I believe this is due to substandard management, and their inability to put together comprehensive and competitive bid packages.
