Job security even for top performers in Enterprise Business solutions(EBS) depends on The respective project getting renewed,Otherwise you are asked to leave immediately.Even top performers do not have any kind of Job security.There are few employess who despite staying in the co for 6 years have got just 25 % hike from their joining salary.PLI are never paid though 15 % of CTC is shown as PLI.The management would cite companys non performance as reason for paying just half of The PLI.Donot be mislead by PLI component of the salary.
