      Pros

      Pay is good. Benefits are really good. Can get promoted from within and job transfer from within the company. Repetitive work with some variety. Good leadership and supervisors.

      Cons

      Fast paced. Can be high stress. Short staffed at times. Mandatory overtime. Weekend work. Employee turnover.
