Pros
Able to work remotely. No micromanagement from above. Great product with an amazing portfolio of customers. Co-workers are friendly, very knowledgeable and always ready to help if needed - a really awesome team. Rapid development of the software that seems to go in line with customer demands. Overall, you feel good to work here.
Cons
Not a lot of standards or structure in place so you need to be a confident self-starter. Information can be difficult to find. The benefits are deplorable. No 401K matching . Health coverage is very poor so anticipate lots of out-of-pocket medical costs. Human Resource management is challenged (slow to respond to employee inquiries).
