Lots of work to do, but not enough time. AI is swinging into high gear and everyone is afraid of their job, hopefully we have 1 more year.

We interview people and then they are accepted as great candidates by the team but eventually the help never comes. We know that they accept the offer but ultimately, believe that the company changes direction whilst in the process of hiring. Job has unrealistic expectations of people and has commited more towards AI initiatives that might make us expendable.
