      Pros

      You can learn many things if you are interested if not nobody cares to drag you to learn things. Its on your own interest you get to learn things well. Nice Exposure to technical concepts.

      Cons

      Is good if you get a permanent job. Coz no body treats you well if you are a contract employee. Initially everything will be fine later you will be treated less than peons. Depends on the department you are put to work
