Pros

Co workers, PTO, nothing else.

Cons

The company claims to value integrity, but their actions don’t reflect it. The pay ranges are misleading; senior positions can end up earning significantly less than mid-level roles, even if they were hired around the same time, which makes no sense. When hiring, they promised a hybrid work setup with two days in the office at a location of our choice, but later denied ever making that commitment. Some members of management have been with the company for so long that they’re out of touch with current market standards and set salaries based on outdated beliefs rather than competitive benchmarks. Insurance premiums are extremely high, costing a significant portion of your paycheck. Combined with lower salaries and misleading promises, this further reduces your overall compensation. There are no bonuses at all, and some leaders overwork employees while offering inadequate pay. The only positive aspect is the PTO. Stay away from this company. The 4.1 rating is misleading.

Pros

Competitive salary, employer-paid pension, generous paid-leave, transparency in management, leadership listens and has an employee-focused attitude.

Cons

Advancement can be difficult and there is no true path for individual contributors. One can only go so far if management is not in your future. While the company does hire remote employees, they will not consider them for leadership roles. There are no advancement opportunities for those employees.
