Cons
Heavy workload and high pressure in some roles. Internal politics exist, especially at higher levels. Slow promotion and career advancement depending heavily on yearly evaluations. Long working hours for some departments. Many KPIs and extra projects expected without additional pay. Managers sometimes deliberately give low performance ratings. Salary increases and bonuses are minimal compared to the workload.
