      CenTrak has a unique and interesting product and is in a fast-paced industry, but what makes it most stand out is the sense of purpose that the employees feel working there. CenTrak is a company where the employees really care about the outcomes they create for the customer.

      CenTrak could improve some of its internal business processes to make some basic tasks easier.

      Pros

      Some of the company managers are nice, benefits and time off were okay

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible and the entire company has change fatigue from constant turnover. They hired a cruel woman who came in and disrespected everyone, especially longtime employeee, and made cuts to the business that made no sense. This organization is like a field of snakes.
