Pros
Several great people to work with. A good "starter" it job I guess.
Cons
The on-call was devastating. Always busy. The upper management don't actually want a help desk. Pays not great, insurance is terrible. HR was external company u interact with thru email, and screwed stuff up a lot. I'm 85% certain the way they handle overtime and comp is Illegal. Everyday was hard to work. It was a depressing job.
