The project managers and their mythologies for ERP implementations are excellent.

Not really a CON, but since you have to enter something, not enough staff to handle the work load

1.Good exposure to various Projects 2. Keep pace with the latest in Technologies 3. Top Management really listens and cares 4.Very Good for immigration 5.Work/Life Balance is good

I cant think of any cons at this time .
