Pros
- We can advertise and hire a LOT quicker than in normal higher education jobs.

Cons
They go back and forth on their branding. They talk about how we assimilate into the university culture and have university apparel and business cards but then get bothered that we don't have more affiliation with Centers LLC.
In addition to branding is there's a disconnect with operations. They want to create best practices company wide at 10+ sites but also cater operations specific to the university wants and demographics.
Too many systems. They will just get them and then we will be forced to use them even if it doesn't help.
Also too many acronyms and projects. POI, Quest for X, Pathways, Xcellence in action.
