Pros

Friendly environment, interesting work, great benefits and free parking! They recognize and value hard working employees. The office is beautiful and unique. Benefit premium is $0 for employee and super competitive rates for dependents.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of that would deter me from continuing to work here

Pros

The crews aboard are good

Cons

Poor managment. Travel costs. Lack of sense of urgency to provide items to make repairs. Lack of communication More worried about online classes for company than rectifying issues aboard vessels.
