Cons
Management only cares about billing. They do not care how the hours are billed just that you are hitting your quota. Management will promise you a promotion and string you along until the very end. Management will create a made up position for an already existing position in this industry or a related field. Training department uses the BTECH certification for the behavior specialist role and will assist the new hires during the test. The recruiting team will literally hire anyone with a pulse. Turnover for the behavior specialist role is extremely high. The clinical team will need to retrain their teams almost monthly. Clinical quality is poor across the board within the supervision team. Targets can be mastered at probe, but still worked on within "intervention."
