Pros
If you're an under achiever and just want to collect a pay check, look no further. The lack of accountability makes CHD an easy place to work.
Cons
The amount of unethical behavior is evident based on their numerous lawsuits with the most recent occurring in October 2017 as well as recently hired individuals who have put many lives in danger in both personal and professional situations. Either doing a simple internet search on high profile individuals is too complicated or their behavior is acceptable. The executives lack any ability to manage/plan leaving everyone to scramble last minute while they constantly bicker because they each think they are the smartest person in the room while the CEO is completely out of touch with reality.
