Pros
Very attractive projects. All aimed to fight poverty, in fields like nutrition, agriculture, education, employment, health, protection of the socially deprived. Impact evaluation projects dispersed all over the world. C4ED combines interesting jobs and noble causes. Strong cohesion among colleagues. Very social employer. Also, flexible working time, two days home office per month and much more holiday than one needs.
Cons
Salaries are not very high. But this should be normal in a non-profit organisation. The team is rather too young (also they are highly qualified).
