      No over time pay, huge target, toxic and demanding superiors, high risk of accidents, salary's not enough for too many responsibilities, no acknowledgement

      Skill improvement, training will provided by the company.

      Cons

      Salary, benefits, training bond which you need to pay if you resign before you finish your bond. Work life balance is 50/50 as you will be on call on weekends
