Seem to really care about their patients and the people who work there. The doctors are excellent.

Need more experienced technicians for training.

It seemed like a great job with lots of opportunities. Lunch provided often. 4 day work week.

Not great leadership. Lots of changes in management and turnover. Confusing feedback. Being told you're doing something wrong while everyone around you is also doing the same thing. People who work there generally seem unhappy.
