Pros
Everyone was seemingly nice when I was hired. But that quickly faded.
Cons
From the get go my Supervisor failed to order correct equipment or provide adequate training and even in my training I was taught to skip work because the trainer didn’t know how to train. Then after that it was constant write ups and gaslighting as to there was something wrong with me and not the environment of deception they had created where everyone skips the work that is time consuming and those that are honest are treated as liars for being honest. I would not recommend working for Centene. They are not ethical. All they care about are numbers and being fake and not the actual simplistic job that becomes complex because it’s a culture based on deception and gaslighting.
