the old boys club ways are imbedded deep in the company’s structure. The only true goal of the company is to the stock and shareholders. The work towards the other goals, but employees always comes up short with benefits, compensation. They constantly understaff promising to hire more ppl. But then take take 2 years to staff the dept, or they do a reorganization. There is a big disconnect between saying your care about evoked and actually not improving the compensation.
