Pros
training for medicare, ahip medicare fraud waste and abuse.
Cons
We were not given info on the policies we would represent until after doing all the unpaid training. 300 a day for inpatient hospital stay while a competitor had 300 for the first week. no one could sell the plan. we were all fired a month in a half in to the annual enrollment period. one of the regional managers tried calling me at 11 pm to scream at me because he didn't see the results he needed to keep his job. consistently told the company had 3,000 leads waiting to be assigned. told only closers get leads. only leads i ever recieved was from call center or randomly pushed onto me as 'hassles' from other agents. i doubt they had 30 leads waiting. no training for presentations, seminars or how to use the computer program that always crashed 15 to 20 times a day. well into the first month we were consistently told we were partenered with hospitals but could never select them at the times of enrollment. probably was never partenered with them. bunch of lies and lack of planning. plenty of hostility and confusion passed down onto agents.
