Internal interview process is poor Favoritism and friendship outweigh credentials and experience HR has personal relationships with managers so raising concerns is a waste of time Managers operate with one set of rules for themselves and another for staff Company trust most valuable assets (employees) to managers that are only concerned about their own careers
