The accounting department is overworked due to Managements neglect in investing in additional resources to standardize and automate certain process that interface with the internal reporting systems to compensate for the high volume of business transactions. The company did not properly implement their ERP system and chose to force it to work with the existing CRM - due to this it causes significant bottlenecks for the accounting department and other reporting functions, This is a classic case of an employee having a different opinion of their employer and the department they work in.
