Bad Culture, Contradiction of management, Ruthless management,They will never listen your side they just believe what they want thats why no improvement in this work place.. Extremely low salary. Most people working here is really hard to approach. They make a big deal in petty things such depressing workplace. Management handle and perception is unprofessional way. Micromanagement. Time tracking can pissed you off. Even the 30minutes lunch break.They dont want to hear even single complain coz it feel stress already to them. They are unhappy when you take SL or VL but hey thats employee privileged and we are human. More to mention.
