No proper structure. Anything can change at any time just because they feel like it. If you’re applying for this role at Econsultancy still within Centaur, I have one word for you and it is “Run” It’s not worth it. If someone had mentioned this to me a month ago I’d have saved myself the stress. First of all, the team doesn’t know how to do a proper onboarding, the manager for this role has no idea how to manage and they’ll feel it is okay to terminate your employment after three weeks while onboarding and still on probation because according to them you should be a magician and also be faultless. Let my experience count for something to you “Run”. Plus the HR here doesn’t have a working plan for employees. They’ll also encourage your manager to fire you without doing any investigation and your testimony doesn't count.
