Pros

Although most have moved on, there remain a few good people across the business.

Cons

The company was struggling with growth as dire as the UK economy's, and there were a lot of redundancies and cost-saving initiatives, including removing paper towels from the toilets. Working as part of the sales organisation here is a complete dystopia, with "total minutes spent on phone" considered a key metric and displayed on large screens across the office- management really haven't got a clue! Managers tend to be tenured individuals who joined years ago and were promoted during times when business was good. Anyone below Steve Newbold has zero autonomy so you're wasting your breath expressing concerns / ideas to your manager because you're just going to get false promises. The office is a mice-infested, dated building with little natural light. A key employee benefit is "breakfast club", aka free cheap bread and crappy instant coffee- this really epitomises how Centaur values its employees.

Pros

I have loved working here, nice small community that has been built. All employees are great to work with and there is always something different going on.

Cons

Some of the work is repetative, but that is standard for most office jobs.

Pros

NONE! This place is no longer what it was. The wrong people have been put into positions to hire and fire at free will.

Cons

NONE!This place is no longer what it was. Decisions that will HUGELY impact the business are now being made by singular individuals with PERSONAL vendettas who are clearly not qualified in an attempt to cover their own incompetence, and laziness and to cover the incompetence and laziness of their friends without a care of how these decisions will actually impact the business as long as THEY keep their job and paycheck. Management cater to their friends, making decisions to benefit these friends and if you don’t fit that mold you will be pushed out.
