They work you into the ground and then blame you for having a bad attitude - Research Cenlar Employee Review

Pros

Free food, lots of contests to win stuff (but based on working a lot of OT), benefits were better than a lot of places, good co-workers, some supervisors who really care about their people. The building was nice. The pay started out good but then dropped a lot to average.

Cons

No work-life balance, favoritism rampant, inept management that drove people to quit because they were too damn sick and tired. No career path that looks at the employee's strengths - just KPI's. Turn over was so bad that my department couldn't do our jobs because we had to pick up the slack from the call center that couldn't hang on to half a training class before it finished training! I had a couple of really good direct managers, but the higher-ups didn't seem to have a clue that they were driving us into the ground or they tried to shame us for calling in sick because we were burned out. HR was clearly working for Management and never for the employee's needs. Nobody trusted them for good reason. I'm amazed the place is still in business. I hope it's improved since I left.
