TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT - Anonymous employee Cenla Environmental Science Employee Review

The turnover rate is ridiculous. People either constantly quitting or being fired for ridiculous reasons (I was fired for putting the needs of clients above the personal needs of the owner). As other reviewers have mentioned, half your day is spent in meetings. There are no benefits and blatant favoritism. The owners have no tact when it comes to shaming their employees in front of coworkers. I can't tell you how many people I've seen crying while he berates them in front of others. Horrible mismanagement. No earthly idea what they are doing most of the time
