I understand, and even agree with many of the frustrations you named regarding our legacy process and platforms. This is a primary motivator for the efforts we are currently making in our business to improve efficiency and help us work better as an organization. Over the next 12-18 months, we will take a fresh look at how we work and implement simpler, more standardized, and efficient methods to serve our customers.
As part of these efforts, this can mean evaluating team structures and roles, and in some cases can lead to role eliminations. I want to assure you these decisions are never easy, and we recognize the uncertainty these changes can create for teams.
