Pros
On a personal level: The people make this place, I have flexibility to work from home and at odd hours. The company: We are starting to feel empowered to make real change, and there is a real sense of purpose and direction coming from the top. I feel a real passion in making better and more effective tools for learning and teaching.
Cons
The flexibility I have earned as I travel but it is clear that not everyone has it. We are made to feel empowered but there are still lots of old hoops to jump through to get stuff signed off. Our healthcare is very expensive and you cant get anything better than a 90/10 plan - don't get me started on the maternity plan as I think that is a joke (unless you live in CA or work in one of the European offices)
