Hybrid working for India although US is mostly remote, they have some obsession to have all India employees to be present in office while US is mostly remote, talking abt double standards. Saturday & sunday is holiday

Top management from director level & until top is all 0 in digital marketing taking classes every week being in a digital marketing agency like its so funny when u have to explain to them everything like a 5 yr old It looks like they all r from same office and same place from hotel industry recruited, as they all know each other but have 0 knowledge on digital marketing. HR head is a joke literally, no personality, no hygiene in ethics and manners on how to communicate, dress or even greet someone when you meet them in office
