Pros

However terrible my experience was, I still feel grateful for the experience. The company’s training was very helpful and informative about digital marketing and advertising. Exposure to different platforms and use of different technologies, equipments, and systems was worthing you won’t get elsewhere.

Cons

Disorganized, discrimination, and management lacking foresight. Less experienced or younger employees were outright disrespected and even bullied by senior employees, also by management! While new employees work hard, often working overtime, and long hours, seniors often come late to work and even leave early. The weight of our workload and responsibilities get heavier because of them! And though we wanted to complain, we can’t even get to do that because we get threatened and bullied, and management as well as HR ignores us blatantly!! Management treats us as expendable so they don’t actually care!!

Pros

Founder led company who tries to do right by their employees, investors, partners and customers in a competitive ad-tech industry. They had the foresight and passion to lead people to make a revolutionary product at a revolutionary time in the industry. And now they are doing the same again. It can be challenging but they are the same people. Some of these comments about the new product seem critical, and there is some truth to them, but they tend to also ignore the other truths: making a new product is not linear. There's a curve. Sometimes the bend happens earlier, and others later. Right now the new product is buttery smooth and enjoyable to use. And it's getting better! I can feel the bend.

Cons

Founders are real people. They are not Consultants. They are not cookie cutter MBAs. This is not a company where change management happens from disconnected consultants who are paid to be change agents. Instead they invest in us, people with shared motivations and feelings, to be that change. Can it be messy? Yes. Will you need to be the best version of yourself? Yes. Will you become that person? I sure hope so.

Pros

You learn the value of equality and inclusivity.

Cons

The work culture is terribly toxic. A biased attitude is common, and people of color have the worst assignments. The deadlines are unreal, the stress is insane, and if you raise your voice, the arrogant leadership will push you out the door.
