Pros
They have an extensive learning process, getting to meet elites of the company & have them be the trainers I feel as if is a wonderful way to open their doors to new hires & most of them started exactly where us newbies are sitting, so they know where we are going to need the most support at which is so helpful. The biggest pro I see in this company is even though you are here with other sales consultants which is a competitive business to be in they really want you to succeed they want to help you hit your goals in life which is a good drive to hiring motivated people.
Cons
The first two weeks I didn’t learn enough to prepare me on the floor, I leaned 90% of what I need to know going to nationals week in Greensboro & still we are going over new things everyday & not touching much over everything we learned the day before & so on due to having to go over so much information. It makes it really hard to retain. Knowing I’m going to be thrown on the floor without having touched the digital systems yet, & my first time navigating will be with a first customer (for me) is nerve racking due to not being able to do test practice with my first two weeks in a store. In my own words I will say I’m having to throw myself on the floor & learn from my mistakes for the first little bit.
