I recently worked at Cellular Sales, and unfortunately, my experience was quite negative. One of the major issues was the lack of adequate security measures. I found myself paying out of pocket for stolen phones and accessories, which is incredibly frustrating. The company's unwillingness to invest in proper security people. As a sales associate, I felt that a significant part of my job was not just about helping customers, but also constantly watching for potential theft, which detracted from the customer experience. Overall, the lack of support from management regarding security issues made for a very stressful work environment. I wouldn't recommend this company unless they make significant changes to address these concerns.
