Pros
As a former employee I have experience them first hand, and there arent many pro's. Going through the interview process they make it sound so good, promise you this and that. The fact of the matter is they FAIL to give you the specific details until after you have accepted the job, and gone off for training. There is alot of money to be made, but be prepared to be a pushy, pushy salesman. The sales consultants that brown nose and push the most are the one's that succeed. I often wondered why there were so many new sales people, but quickly realized that they fire as quickly as they hire.
Cons
No benefits, in which I found out after I had been hired. You are never at the same location, so you can not build any customer relations. Be prepared to have lots of money saved up because you will not be paid for the first 2-3 months, then you get paid once a month, that is if you have all of your returns taken care of, and missing items, etc. nearly impossible to get a paycheck on time. You are frowned upon if you do not wear a suit to work. Upper management only see's one thing, $$$$$$$$, and if your not making them money, then your out the door. All you are is a number. To all of you that are considering Cellular Sales for employment, I would definately look elsewhere. I hate I waisted my time and efforts on some fly by night operation where nobody gets paid but the big dogs.
