Pros

Schedule was really flexible. As long as you remain toward the upper portion of your sales team you should be fine.

Cons

No PTO. Commission structure can be a little complicated, especially during your first three months. Just like pretty much any job there are favorites who are able to avoid the rules, and people who do the right things that get clipped by the rules

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
