Great management. Fun atmosphere and industry. Well communicated expectations. No store managers. Somewhat pick your schedule. Lots of fun outings and work events. Sales contests to win prizes like phones, tablets, TVs and vacations. Share system - all walk in phone sales are split while other devices, accessories and insurance go to the primary rep.
Cons
100% commission - company splits profit on a sale 50/50 with the rep(s). If your client deacts a phone within 6 months without returning the device, you get money taken out of your commissions. Lost/stolen inventory that cannot be proven stolen comes out of rep commissions. No store managers to keep accountability up. Your phone is blowing up 7 days a week with work email and group texts from leadership. Sales isn't for eveyone. You can, and once in a while will, make $0 on a shift.
