horrible management from the bottom up the only task at hand for this company is to make more money for themselves and not take care of the people who essentially are the reason for their success the compensation structure is the most ridiculous thing ive ever heard of, their on a shared commission scale so even the laziest of salesmen get a cut of your hard work forced doubled shifts from 830am-9pm at least twice a week but you will get written up if you leave anytime during the day.
