      Pros

      Work whenever you want and no one cares. barely any management, and not in a good way...

      Cons

      You NEVER know what your paycheck is going to look like. I don't care how good you think you are. Favortism and double standards. Was let go from this company and they 100% lied to unemployment. I was let go due to perfomarnce and Cellular Sales I was let go due to attendance. Never missed one shift of my life. Awesome company to work for if you don't believe in ethics.

      Pros

      Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

      Cons

      Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
