Pros
Restaurant style schedule. Very Flexible. You can work as little or as much as you would like. Someone is always giving up a shift. The only thing you need to do to get promoted is send out a lot of "Go Team Go" emails. Access to internet so I'm able to search for a new job all day.
Cons
Not a real job. Just a place holder until I find a real career. Money is terrible. 100% commission job with insanely high charge backs. I've even spoken with our Verizon Wireless account manager and they said no other retailer takes advantage of their employees paychecks the way that Cellular Sales does. Back office is shady and rude. If you have an issue it's impossible to get a straight forward, honest answer. But what can you expect from a company run by used car sales men. Emails are excessive and unnecessary. Be prepared for your phone to be flooded with totally unprofessional emails ranging from "Yea my fav sports team won" to Jokes of the day.
