      Pros

      Management is helpful, hours are flexible, and pay is correlated with your work ethic- which I prefer. Fun place to work overall.

      Cons

      Too many sales people in one market, not enough management presence, and way too easy to get canned.

      Pros

      Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

      Cons

      Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
